The Customer Service Contract is something we include in our Business Agreement and all Applicable Statements of Work, where both parties agree on the level of customer service that is to be expected when working with Shock Marketing.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products and services, and we do not make ample attempts to remedy any issues, we will refund the full payment price of your most recent project or service work.
